Julia is a dedicated Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT) and a proud member of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA).
Her clinical approach is rooted in a deep understanding of human mechanics, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Brock University prior to her osteopathic training.
Julia’s practice is defined by its inclusivity and versatility. While she enjoys working with patients of all ages, she has a particular interest in supporting young athletes as they navigate the physical demands of sport and growth.
Additionally, she provides specialized care for individuals managing hypermobility, focusing on stability and sustainable movement patterns to help them move with confidence.

Applied Lymphatic Drainage: Completed Level 1 training to support recovery and systemic health.
